UTILITY CONNECTIONS
SET UP SERVICES: In order for you to have the City utilities in your name you are required to submit a utility agreement with Highland City. You will be required to pay a $25.00 account setup fee prior to acceptance of the utility agreement (exception for new homes - the fee has been paid with your connection fee). The fee may be paid when you submit the utility agreement to the city in person. You will need to fill out this form completely and return it in person to Highland City - 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Suite 1. Please have a valid ID available when submitting a Highland City Utility Agreement. For more information about Highland City Utilities please call (801) 756-5751 ext. 4523. If water services need to be turned on at a residence please contact us before 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday to make an appointment. It is recommended that the owner be present when the water is turned on.

DISCONNECT SERVICES: Please call (801) 756-5751 ext. 4523. Please provide the following information: Account number, new contact information, and the date you would like to disconnect services.
Direct Pay Authorization Form
This Form will allow the City of Highland to debit your personal checking/savings/share draft account for the total amount of your City utility billing. You will continue to receive your City utility billing as you normally would; however, no manual payment will need to be made as the full amount due will be electronically deducted from your account on the 10th or the 20th of each month, whichever of these dates you choose. You will need to fill out this form completely and return it to Highland City - 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Suite 1 - (801) 756-5751 ext. 4522.
