UTILITY CONNECTIONS

In order for you to have the City utilities in your name you will are required to submit a utility agreement with Highland City.  You will be required to pay a $25.00 account setup fee prior to acceptance of the utility agreement (exception for new homes - the fee has been paid with your connection fee).  The fee may be paid when you submit the utility agreement to the city by mail or in person.  At this time the city only has the ability to accept cash or a local check.
