HIGHLAND YOUTH CITY COUNCIL
The Highland Youth City Council is a great opportunity for youth to provide leadership, community involvement and service within our community. The Youth City Council terms are based on a calendar year. Applications are accepted in the fall each year. 9th - 11th grade students are eligible to apply for Youth Council positions.
