The following is required when applying for utility services. Please ensure the following items are provided a minimum of one business day prior to the beginning date of services:

• Utility Application Form (must be submitted in person)
• Picture identification
• $25 account setup fee

Connect Water Services
If water services need to be turned on at a residence, please contact us before 2:00 pm Monday through Thursday to make an appointment.
