Park Pavilion Reservations
Park Pavilion Reservations

Park pavilion reservations are accepted on an annual basis beginning on the first business day of January each calendar year at 8:00 a.m.  Park reservations are scheduled only between May 1 - September 30; all other months are first-come, first-served.  

Seven (7) days advanced notice is required for reservations unless special arrangements are made through the processing clerk.  Please see the facilities page for more information detailing the amenities each park offers, the reservation calendar for that specific facility, fee schedules, policies, and procedures for reserving and using these facilities.

Note that some dates may not be available due to City events.  Only the parks listed below are available for reservation.  Parks not listed are first-come, first-served including neighborhood parks.  All parks are governed by Park Rules regardless of reservation or rental.




*If you are unable to locate your facility on the main facility page, please select your specific facility type (building, field, or park pavilion) by clicking on the drop down box in the upper left under "Find A Facility." Once you've check the box for your desired facility, click on the search just below facility types.


To request a reservation, once on the page of the specific facility you would like to rent, please click on the "Request Reservation" button above the calendar.  Select your date and time to check the availability of the pavilion.  The site will ask you to create a login if you haven't already set up a login for the site, then redirect you to the form application to fill out and submit.

After submitting a reservation application online, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming the reservation has been received and will be processed within a few business days.  The processing clerk will send a follow up email providing detailed information about your fees, and deposit if applicable.
  

Rental fee payment is required within five (5) business days following the detailed email from processing clerk.  If reservation payment is not received, or approved payment arrangements made, the approval is withdrawn and the reserving party loses their pending reservation.  Fees may be paid on-line, in person at Highland City Hall, or by mail to Highland City.  

If the reservation needs to be cancelled, and payment was required for the rental, the fee will be refunded to the original form of payment provided the cancellation is made with at least 48 hours notice to processing clerk. Cancellations after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
