Set-up and Parking Information

The road right in front of the park (10400 N) will be closed for the 5K at 7am and again for the Parade at 9:45am, so to avoid any difficulties with the road closure, please set up your booth between 8:30am-9:45am.

Loading and Unloading
You can park in the parking lot just east of the pavilion, for loading or unloading ONLY. Once you have finished, you MUST move your car to the Vendor Parking, which is located directly behind the Community Center.

All Day Parking
The Vendor Parking is located north of the Community Center. The Community Center is directly across the street from Heritage Park. Please do not park in the paved parking lot of the Community Center, as we like to reserve it for patrons. When you pull into the paved parking lot, you will see a spot to pull through to a dirt parking area. Please park on the east side of that parking area.
