Community Center & City Hall Reservations
Certain City buildings are available for private rental for receptions, meetings, parties, recitals, and other events. Fees vary by location, guest capacity, and amenities, and are subject to change. Meeting rooms may only be used for non-commercial purposes and non-business purposes.  Audio visual equipment is not available in the Community Center.  Public WiFi and Audio Visual (projector, screen, microphone connections) are available at City Hall.
Rental fee, rental deposit, and Hold Harmless Agreement must be received within 5 days of reservation confirmation. Fees may be paid on-line, in person, or by mail. You will receive an email confirmation after your request is processed providing detailed information about your fees, deposit, and Hold Harmless Agreement.

Highland City Hall Council Chambers (5400 W Civic Center Drive)
  • Available Room:Multi-Purpose Room (approx. 100 guests, Audio Visual equipment is available). Please see Building Use Policy or Reservation Form for available days and times.
  • Available for other governmental agencies and political meetings, elections education, annual caucus meetings for the individual political parties for the residents of Highland City, etc.

  • Calendar (call 801-772-4523 for availability) Reservations are available Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., and Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Reservation Form Reservations may be made up to 4 months in advance. You will receive an email confirmation after your request is processed providing detailed information about your fees, deposit, and Hold Harmless Agreement.

Rentals
Rental fees are charged on an hourly basis plus applicable deposits. Reservations may be made by using the Building Reservation Request Form. For more information, please contact Candice Linford, the Utility Billing and Processing Clerk at (801) 772-4523.
