The safety of Highland City residents during and after a snow event is a top priority for the City. Our staff utilizes all available assets as needed to clear the roads depending on the storm event, snowfall received, and duration of the storm.
Did you know that Governor Herbert has declared a state of emergency for Utah because of drought conditions? Unfortunately, previous studies have shown that Highland residents use almost double the amount of water necessary for outdoor watering.
