Notice of Moving
Please notify us at least five days prior to moving so that your account may be disconnected without additional charges. Please provide us with the following information:

  • Account number and/or service address
  • New contact information (address / phone number)
  • Date to disconnect services
  • Name of a new owner, if possible

Fill out the Disconnect/Termination form online. Please terminate any automatic bill payments that you may have set up through Xpress Bill Pay, your bank, or Highland City.

Temporary Service Disconnect

Please notify us in writing at least five days prior to requesting services to be temporarily disconnected at a residence (residence must be vacant for at least six consecutive months). Please provide us with the following information:

  • Account number and service address
  • Temporary contact information (address / phone number)
  • Local emergency contact (address / phone number)
  • Date to temporarily disconnect eligible services
  • Date to reconnect services
