The Highland City Justice Center is located at 5400 W. Civic Center Drive, Suite 4 in Highland, immediately south of City Hall. Court is typically in session on Thursdays at 9:00 AM. The Court Clerk is in the office Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 12:00PM. A Court Cashier is also available to take citation payments Monday - Thursday from 12:00-6:00PM at City Hall.
