Minnie was born February 2, 1905, in Otto, Wyoming to Joseph and Elsie Nielsen (or Ericksen, apparently she was born out of wedlock, five years before her parents married) Horrocks. They were married September 23, 1925, and had six children: LaDean, Nelda, Lynn B., Glade D., Andella, and Ila Rae. Their Church membership came to Highland in 1933. In 1930 they were living in Payson and in 1940 in Provo. Minnie died November 3, 1970, in Provo and Glen died December 14, 1979, in Orem. They are buried in the Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
