Fraughton

19 ralph rogers

(Number 19 on the 1958 Highland map - 10734 N 6400 W)

Vernon D. Fraughton

Vern purchased the Ralph Rogers property when they moved out in 1959. He held the office of "First Presiding Overseer for the Popular Assembly of Shared Enlightenment Ministry" and as such challenged the authority of the Department of Treasury and the IRS to collect taxes. Needless to say, he lost his challenge.
