All others must pay a $70 non-resident fee to use the Library. Alpine and Cedar Hills reimburse part of that cost to their residents.
E-books and E-Audiobooks
You can use your Highland Library Card and pin to check out free ebooks and e-audiobooks through the Beehive Library Consortium (Libby) or TumbleBooks (for children). Check out our e-book page for more information.
