2019 Resident Survey

The 2019 Resident Survey is now open. Each household is encouraged to either fill out a paper copy of the survey and return it with your utility bill or in person to City Hall or take the survey online. Surveys are due by Thursday, February 28.

Please only one per household. There are 20 questions and none of them are required. If you have no opinion about any question, please skip it. Individual responses will be kept anonymous. Survey results will be shared at a later time. Please take this opportunity to make your voice heard with the City!

If you plan on taking the online version, please DO NOT click on the link until you are ready to take the survey. It takes 10 minutes to complete. If you click on the link and then try to again later, the survey software will assume you already took the survey and will block you from responding again.
