Requested use of the room/building must be lawful and for a non-commercial purpose. Rental of room/building does not constitute an endorsement from Highland City.


 Reservation Requests:

  • Reservations may be made up to four (4) months in advance of date requested. 
  • Please be sure to include set-up time and clean-up time in your request as reservations cannot be changed after submission, nor will we grant time after the fact without being first reserved.


Rental Fees:

 
  • Government agencies - $5 per hour for room rental
  • Non-Profit Entities - $5 per hour for room rental 
  • Highland City Residents 
    • $15 per hour for room rental
    • $10 fee for piano rental
    • $50 fee if food is served
  • Non-Highland City Residents 
    • $30 per hour for room rental
    • $10 fee for piano rental
    • $50 fee if food is served


 Cancellations: 

  • If the reservation needs to be cancelled,  payment will be refunded to the original form of payment provided the cancellation is made with at least five (5) days' notice to the processing clerk.
  • Cancellation after this time will not be eligible for refund.
