Utah Code 10-1-203(8)(a) allows a municipality to charge an administrative fee for a license to a home-based business owner who is otherwise exempt, but who requests a license from the City. If you received a renewal notice that indicates that your business is exempt from licensing fees, but you would like a copy of license, please check the box below and pay the fee. Your license will be mailed to you. We do NOT offer a free e-copy.

When you submit your application, you will be redirected to Xpress Bill Pay to pay for your renewal. Please refer to your 2023-2024 Business License Renewal form for the total amount due and your Highland City Business License Number. If you are exempt from licensing fees, and do not require a printed license, simply close your browser window. Please note that penalty fees are charged every month you are delinquent. If you are renewing your license after 8/1/2023, there will be additional penalty fees and you will need to refer to your latest delinquent notice for the total due.
