Please use this form to request garbage and recycle cans to be added and/or removed from your utility account. Disclaimer: if adding an additional garbage or recycle can, the can must be kept for a period of six months before the can may be eligible to be picked up and removed from the bill.

To have a damaged can replaced or repaired, or to order a replacement can if your can has gone missing, please contact Republic Services directly at (801) 785-5935.

Can requests are processed on Thursday at 4:30 p.m. (holidays that fall on a Thursday will bump the processing date up to Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.). If your request is received after that time, it will be processed the following week.

First Garbage Can, $9.40/Month. Additional Garbage Cans, $7.40/Month.
Additional cans ordered must be kept a minimum of 6 months.

Recycle Can, $5.10/Month.
Additional cans ordered must be kept a minimum of 6 months.

New Garbage/Recycle cans are delivered on Mondays. Unwanted cans are removed also on Mondays (please place can(s) at the curb by 7am). Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery and removal.

Upon completing and pressing submit, your application will automatically be submitted to Highland City staff (please only complete & submit once). Charges and/or credits will be prorated on your next Utility Bill.
