Please use this form to request garbage and recycle cans to be added and/or removed from your utility account.

To have a damaged can replaced or repaired, or to order a replacement can if your can has gone missing, please contact Republic Services directly at (801) 924-8500.







GARBAGE
First Garbage Can, $9.40/Month. Additional garbage cans, $7.40/Month.
*Please note that additional cans ordered must be kept a minimum of 6 months.




RECYCLE
Recycle Can, $5.10/Month.
*Please note that additional cans ordered must be kept a minimum of 6 months.




What to expect after submitting your change request:

Can requests are processed on Thursday at 4:30 p.m. Holidays that fall on a Thursday will bump the processing date up to Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.. If your request is received after that time, it will be processed the following week.

Can deliveries and pick-ups occur on Monday. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery and/or removal.

If you have requested a pick-up for can removal, please place can(s) at the curb by 7 a.m. next Monday morning, and a driver will be by during the day to take the can(s).

If your can is not removed this coming Monday, try again the following Monday as the driver will make a couple of attempts.


Charges and/or credits will be prorated on your next utility bill depending on the date of can delivery or pick-up.
