Volunteer at the Highland City Library
The Library thrives on the many volunteer hours worked on its behalf each month. There are a variety of ways to volunteer.
Friends of the Library
The purpose of the Friends of the Library is to promote and support the Library's programs, facilities, materials and employees through fundraising and volunteer efforts.
The Friends of the Library meet monthly to assess needs of the Library and plan to give support.

The Library Board works to establish a clear mission, strategic plan, and policies for the Library. Board members are appointed annually. Those interested in serving on the Board should fill out a city volunteer application. More information about the Library Board can be found
The Library has volunteer opportunities for people ages 14 and older who would like to serve in the Library on a regular basis helping with circulation, program preparations and other tasks. Those interested in this kind of service should fill out a
