William Thomas and Cleo Pearl Hoopes Branson:  William was born November 11, 1898, in Cokeville, Wyoming to John Francis and Roseanna Sylvania Blackburn Branson.  Cleo was born January 19, 1905, to Francis Marion and Chloe Urinda Child Hoopes.  They were married February 2, 1923, in Paris, Idaho.   
ey were in Highland at the 1930 census but not much else is known above them. They had seven children: Francis John, Rose Urinda, Velda, Norma Wilma, Arlon, Elva, and Darrell.  In 1942 they were in Montpelier, Idaho when he registered for the draft and he was working for Union Pacific Railroad.  William died December 8, 1966, in Fortuna, California and Cleo died October 23, 1985, also in Fortuna and they are buried in Sunrise Cemetery in Fortuna.
